1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- Handling time: 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase or checking out.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- All items are shipped from Hong Kong via Air Registered Mail or e-Express FREE OF CHARGE.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your item is dispatched.
- Signature Confirmation: Our shipping service includes signature confirmation, so the recipient will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Below is the estimated transit time (after dispatch):
- USA & Canada: 6 – 15 Business Days
- UK: 9 – 23 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6 – 20 Business Days
- Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand: 6 – 18 Business Days
- Most Asian Countries: 8 – 25 Business Days
- Most European Countries: 9 – 35 Business Days
- Russia, France, Italy, Israel, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil: 15 – 46 Business Days
- Other Countries: 25 – 46 Business Days

*Please Note: The above times are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather, industrial action, or peak shopping seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, or Lunar New Year).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.
- Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping carrier or collected upon package pickup. These are not additional shipping charges.
- Compliance with Laws: We strictly comply with international regulations. We will not undervalue merchandise or mark items as "gifts" on customs forms.
